If a seizure happens, here are three simple steps everyone should know:
Stay with the person and keep them safe.
Gently roll them on their side to help with breathing.
Time the seizure. Call 911 for help if it lasts more than 5 minutes or if you're uncertain/need assistance.Small actions like these can make a massive difference.
