it was around this time last year when i first read about napa, an opportunity that unexpectedly fell into my lap while researching our new rare diagnosis at 2am.
coping with it all.
taking it all in.
feeling the weight.
trying not to panic.
the mama+hudson a year ago would NEVER recognize the strength of the mama+hudson today.
it’s been an incredible journey.
i never expected i would have a baby with a rare diagnosis.
i, also, never expected to feel completely blessed that i do.
6 months, 2 intensives.
over 100 hours of driving.
9000 miles commuted.
lots of coffee.
even more Jesus.
a million prayers sent.
and hours of hard growth.
i took it by chance and had no idea of the doors this opportunity would open let alone the strength it would fuel into my heart each week to pour into my baby’s, but my goodness, am i forever thankful it.
