On November 10th at 1:00pm, Seize the Day with Hudson and the Sheffield Rescue Unit will be hosting a Heart Saver CPR & AED Training course covering CPR/AED for adults, children, and infants. This complimentary course is open to the general public and has a maximum class size of six individuals.
